4th Annual art showcase for Mental health awareness

Come join us during Mental Health Awareness Month!

May is mental health awareness month, so we are holding our 4th Annual Art Showcase for Mental Health Awareness. We wanted to hold a special event to highlight a person's mental health journey. Creative outlets are a great way to heal and cope, so we decided to turn our waiting room into an art exhibit. Prime Counseling Services Plymouth office is turning their waiting room into a month-long art exhibition.

We invite any person impacted by mental health to create art, showcasing their journey as they learned to manage their mental health. All art must be reviewed before April 10, 2026, and can be submitted below for review. All art must be dropped off to the Plymouth, Trenton or Wixom office by April 10, 2026, by 5pm, in order to be displayed. If you are dropping off at the office, please send us an e-mail to coordinate drop off.

We will have an art show on May 9, 2026.

At the bottom of this page, see our FAQs.

Showcase

On Saturday, May 9, 2026, we will have an open house from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.  This event is FREE and open to everyone. We will be serving light refreshments, 50/50 raffle, facts about mental health and why raising awareness is important, and a silent auction. The silent auction will begin April 17, 2026, and will end at 3:30 PM on May 9th. Follow us on social media to see when the silent auction site goes live!

You will be able to view the powerful art, tour the office, meet some of the team, and eat some yummy snacks. Stay tuned for our Facebook event page for up-to-date information about the event.

Silent Auction

All the bidding will be done online, and you do not have to attend the event to bid. Bidding ends at 3:30 PM on 5/9/26. Items will not be available for shipping, unless specified, so if you win, you will be contacted by email within 24 hours to make arrangements for pick up. We are willing to meet you in either Plymouth, Trenton, or Wixom.

You have the option to pay online with credit card, cash, check, or PayPal. All pickups after the art show must be coordinated and scheduled unless you are picking up from the showcase.
